From Medical Diagnostics to Prosthetics: Rostec at Bioprom»
On the international forum BIOPROM-2025 Rostec presented over 30 different medical devices designed to extend human life and improve its quality. Among the exhibits were:
▪️ Unique sports prostheses that can be used for cycling and playing volleyball;
▪️ A medical device for the preservation and recovery of donor organs, helping to reduce their shortage;
▪️ A microprocessor-controlled knee module that allows for dancing and mountain hiking;
▪️ A cardiac pacemaker compatible with MRI scans;
▪️An AI-powered tumor scanner capable of analyzing hundreds of biological samples in seconds and assisting doctors diagnose cancer and other products.
Rostec's current portfolio includes around 200 registered medical products, ranging from consumables to high-tech medical equipment. In the coming years, the corporation plans to launch serial production of approximately 40 new types of devices and increase its market presence fourfold.
