Rostec Built a Medical Outpatient Clinic in Crimea

RT-MedTech, a company of the Rostec State Corporation, has completed construction of an outpatient clinic in the village of Mirnoye, Republic of Crimea. The medical facility is equipped with modern equipment, including Rostec medical products. It will provide primary healthcare to approximately 8,500 rural residents.

A single-story building with a floor area of 600 square meters includes a waiting area, procedure rooms, vaccination rooms, functional diagnostic suites, a laboratory, and a day hospital unit. Patient care will be provided by general practitioners, internists, pediatricians, dentists, and obstetrician-gynecologists.

The medical facility includes 600 units of the latest products, including medical refrigerators from POZIS, a subsidiary of Rostec State Corporation, as well as steam and air sterilizers manufactured by the State Ryazan Instrument-Making Plant (GRPZ, part of KRET, a subsidiary of Rostec State Corporation).

This medical outpatient clinic was constructed using modular constructions. The building adheres strictly to all regulatory requirements and standards mandated for this category of healthcare facility.

The medical equipment at the new facility is currently being activated and prepared for operation. In the near future, access roads will also be constructed to serve the healthcare center. The outpatient clinic is scheduled to begin admitting its first patients before the end of this year.

«Rostec is making a substantial contribution to strengthening Russia's healthcare infrastructure. We are driving innovation in medical technology, manufacturing advanced medical devices, developing next-generation immunobiological drugs, and building modern hospitals. Our constructed perinatal centers and clinics are already operational across multiple Russian regions, with ongoing medical facility projects in Sevastopol, Tver, and Yalta. The opening of this outpatient clinic in Mirnoye, Simferopol District, will provide local residents with vital healthcare services close to their homes, while its modern equipment will ensure doctors have the full capabilities required for effective diagnosis and treatment», — a representative of Rostec State Corporation stated.

The construction of the healthcare facility is funded by the regional budget with total project costs of 125 million rubles.

«The Mirnoye village project marks a further step in advancing the modern medical infrastructure of the Simferopol District. This new facility will ensure high-quality, accessible medical care for local residents and provide a comfortable working environment for healthcare professionals. It is expected to serve the primary healthcare needs of approximately 8,500 people», — stated Sergey Dmitrochenko, General Director of RT-MedTech.

Rostec State Corporation is actively developing the country's medical infrastructure. Projects involving the construction of 15 perinatal centers have been implemented in Russian regions from Arkhangelsk to Yakutia. A new building for a tuberculosis dispensary has been commissioned in Khabarovsk. Four medical facilities are currently under construction in Sevastopol, Tver, and Yalta. Rostec's enterprises consistently implement modern construction management technologies, focus on the durability and operational efficiency of buildings, and equip healthcare facilities with advanced medical devices, including products of their own manufacture.
